Purchaser Agreements:

1. Provide complete veterinary care by a licensed veterinarian, including first health examination within 72 hours of possession. Purchaser may use a supplementation and immunization program recommended by their veterinarian

2. Maintain said Shiba in a healthy environment at all time, i.e., adequate food, water, shelter, and medical care as defined by normal moral values. Purchaser also agrees that said Shiba will not be chained or tethered.

3. Not to use said Shiba for breeding purposes without the written consent of breeder. At two years of age and after the necessary health screenings are performed, OFA, and CERF., the breeder will evaluate said Shiba for breeding purposes.

4. Carry Breeder's kennel prefix name of "Red Bone" on AKC registration.

5. Return said Shiba to breeder if purchaser finds that they can-not, or are not willing to continue to care for said Shiba.

6. Under no circumstances sell said Shiba to another party.

7. Train said Shiba to crates and kennel runs. This will help adjustments in stressful times such as boarding and flying.

8. Notify Breeder if one of the following applies:

-Change of address/phone/e-mail

-Serious Illness

-Injury

-Death

-(This is required information to maintain breeder records to stay in good standing with AKC).

9. Purchaser is not acting as an agent in the purchase of said Shiba, nor will the Purchaser sell said Shiba or any of its offspring to any agent, pet store, dog dealer, research laboratory or guard dog business. Violation of the clause damages the good will and reputation of the breeder and the breed in general. Because the calculation of legal damages that would be incurred attendant to such violation is difficult and imprecise, the parties agree that a liquidated damage for such violation will be paid in the amount of $5,000.00 per incident.

10. All conditions stated above shall extend to and be obligatory upon all heirs, executors, and successors of the respective party.

11. Violation of above terms may result in the seizure of said Shiba.

Breeder Agreements:

1. Said Shiba is in good health at time of purchase. If said Shiba is found to be in ill health by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of purchase and is attributable to the breeder, said Shiba will be replaced.

2. Breeder shall provide purchaser with advice or assistance pertinent to the care, feeding, grooming, training, etc. of said Shiba upon request for life.

3. Provide the Purchaser with a schedule of worming and vaccination completed at time of possession.

This contract is formed and shall be governed by the laws of the state of Michigan and jurisdiction to resolve all disputes solely rests in a court of competent jurisdiction in the State of Michigan, County of Wayne.
